The Journal aims to place special emphasis on contemporary issues, recent legal precedents, emerging legislation, new policy inputs, and ongoing proposals for reform.
The MarSafeLaw Journal publishes papers from various legal perspectives and encompasses fields including the law of the sea, climate change law, maritime law, environmental law, human rights law, international criminal law, and related sectors. Recognizing the importance of including diverse voices and supporting the next generation of scholars, the Editorial Board actively encourages submissions from early career academics and scholars worldwide.
